Prefill fields from URL query string

When on, the exported HTML form reads name/value pairs from its URL and fills matching fields on load — e.g. form.html?email=joe@x.com&state=NY pre-fills the fields whose Field name is email and state. Works for text, choices, dropdowns, dates, etc. File fields and FR_ system fields are skipped.

Highlight invalid / required fields (red glow)

When on, the exported HTML form outlines a field in red once it's invalid — e.g. a required field left empty after the user interacts with it or tries to submit. This is the same red glow you already see in the builder's View mode; it's off by default in exports.

Save progress in the browser (resume later)

When on, the exported HTML form autosaves what the user types to their browser. If they close the tab before submitting and reopen the form on the same browser, a banner offers to restore their entries. The draft clears once the form is submitted. Note: uploaded files / signatures can't be restored (browser security), and the draft only lives on that one browser/device.

"Save a copy (PDF)" button

When on, the exported HTML form shows a Save a copy (PDF) button next to Submit. It opens the browser's print dialog, where the user picks "Save as PDF" to keep a copy of everything they typed — including the drawn/typed signature and photo previews. This is a visual copy of the filled form, not a fillable PDF; the buttons and draft banner are hidden on the printed copy automatically.

For a visible title or description on the form, use the + Header button in the toolbar. For closing fine print or contact info, use + Footer.

Custom hidden fields

Add any extra hidden name/value pairs to post with the form. A row is included in the submission only if it has a name (the value may be blank).

Uses CSS @page counters — best supported in Chrome / Edge / modern Chromium. Hidden in View mode (only appears in print preview + actual print).

Watermark

Show a watermark

A faint stamp over every page (text like DRAFT / CONFIDENTIAL, or an image such as a logo). Appears on the canvas, in print, and in the PDF + HTML exports.

Rounded field outlines

PDF form fields can't have rounded borders directly. When on, the export draws a rounded-corner outline around each text / dropdown field and makes the field itself borderless + transparent so only the rounded outline shows.
